Delivery Terms Items ordered online for delivery within Australia will arrive within 3 business days by Express Post. International delivery times will be as per standard delivery terms from Australia Post, unless otherwise arranged by contacting info@brookedaniels.com.au. Refund and Exchange Policy If you require a different size, colour or style to the garment(s) you have received, you must notify us by emailing info@brookedaniels.com.au within 48 hours after receipt of the garment, and we must have it returned to us, unworn, within 5 business days of your notification. You must notify us of your order number and the reason for exchange so that we can process your request swiftly. You are also able to exchange items bought online for any product from the boutique “Milk Bar” in Bondi Beach, which hosts a number of fabulous designers. These products can be viewed within the online store of this site by via the link “Brooke Loves Milk Bar”. If you require a refund for the garment(s) you have received, you must notify us of this request by emailing info@brookedaniels.com.au 48 hours after receipt of the garment, and we must have it returned to us, unworn, within 5 working days.
